Tony Laplume has an extensive if obscure history writing about comics for the Interweb, whether at Paperback Reader or Lower Decks, and has previously posted some of his thoughts at his regular blog, Scouring Monk. Beginning next week, and with the exciting debut of the 2010 QB50 (his annual list of the best comics he's read for the past year), he'll be writing exclusively for the new Comics Reader blog, which you are reading now, a spinoff of his cinematic (and previously Star Trekian) explorations in the Fan Companion. He does not always talk in the third person. He can sometimes be found at the Comic Book Resources message boards posting as Tekamthi.
